PDI Big Boss exhaust manifolds are engineered to maximize exhaust airflow, reduce turbo lag, and lower exhaust temperatures. Each port is analyzed and tested to deliver balanced flow to the turbocharger — producing, on average, a 20% airflow increase over a stock manifold and cooling EGTs by 75–100°F. Maintaining the ideal exhaust-pressure-to-boost ratio provides the potential for improved fuel economy.
PDI uses a superior grade of High Silicon Molybdenum Ductile Iron (HSMD) that eliminates weak points such as warping, cracking, and center-divider failure from heat erosion. Combined with redesigned mounting surfaces, this eliminates the common failures of a fatigued manifold.

All in-stock orders ship via UPS Ground. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day — because downtime costs you money and every hour counts when a truck is down.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. As soon as your order leaves our dock you'll receive tracking so you can follow it every mile of the way. Larger or heavier items may ship by freight — if that applies to your order, our team will reach out with the best options.

Returns & warranty
30-Day Returns. Ordered the wrong part or changed your mind? You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Some items — such as electrical components and special-order parts — may not be eligible for return, so reach out if you're unsure and we'll be glad to help.
