Full Tilt Manifold Signature 600X #0199X. Replaces OEM #3880199. This manifold is another option for the pre-emission ISX 600 engines. This manifold has the 6 turbo flange and will allow the user to install any T6 turbo onto the truck. This manifold comes with a full installation kit including studs, spaces, gaskets, oil lines and adapters.
